Homebound
The Homebound Ministry was formed in 2001 primarily to administer the Eucharist to parishioners who are confined to their homes due to illness, disability, or old age.

The current Ministry consists of twenty active members who provide the spiritual needs of our homebound parishioners on behalf of the Parish Clergy. The Homebound Ministry seeks to enhance the quality and meaning of the Christian Life of the homebound by praying with them, listening to them and sharing wit them emotionally and spiritually their physical and emotional pains and grievances. Being with our homebound brothers and sisters to share with them the Holy Eucharist, the Homebound ministers act as disciples who spread God's love, hope, and encouragement to our sick, disabled, and homebound brothers and sisters in Christ.

The members of the Homebound Ministry are trained by the Diocese and San Jose to fulfill their commitment to minister the Blessed Sacrament to and pray with our homebound parishioners in their homes, nursing facilities, or hospitals.
