Mission-Vision

Vision

  • One community in one Lord, Jesus Christ, that acknowledges and embraces the diversity of our parish family. A Parish leadership that encourages every parishioner, especially our youth, to active discipleship.

Mission

  • We, the people called by our heavenly Father, to form the Parish Community of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, in Milpitas, California affirm our mission and commitment to God's call by continuing the ministry of His Son, our Lord, Jesus Christ.
  • We commit to be a welcoming community, respecting and encouraging the sharing of the unique talents, treasures and traditions from the different cultures of our parish - in the spirit of grateful stewardship.
  • We commit to bring together all the parishioners and the parish leaders through a more intense evangelization and open communication forums.
  • We commit to invite, educate and support the religious formation of our parishioners in the areas of Worship, Evangelization & Education, Services, Temporalities and Youth & Young Adults, at the same encouraging them into active discipleship.
